Request or join
Organized Trips and Meetups require approval. Community-led Meetups open immediately so the group can shape the details.
Talk before you meet
Only approved members enter the private chat. Personal phone numbers and payment handles stay off public pages.

A Trip has an accountable organizer. A Meetup may be organized by you or coordinated together by the community.
Human review first
Owner, dates, source and image rights are checked before anything becomes public.
Responsibility per plan
You do not need a permanent organizer label. Your role is explicit on each Trip or Meetup you publish.

No games with your wallet
Free, contribution or paid
The format is shown clearly on each organized Trip. Community-led Meetups are free apart from real costs the group agrees to share.
No platform payment in beta
VanTribes does not collect money in the first beta. Never send money from a public listing or before trust and terms are clear.
Monetization comes later
Deposits or commissions come only after real usage validates responsibilities, cancellations and user protection.
